Ring In The New Year at Ludivine

New Year’s Eve is always one of our favorite (and often most decadent) evenings of the year. Seats for this year’s 4-course dinner start at $80 per person. Wine pairings can be included for an additional $40 upgrade and optional course supplements can be included (see menu below for details).

1st Course Choices:

Salade de Chevre Chaud with golden frill mustard, bucheron pistou gratinée, pistachio, mustard vinaigrette

Cauliflower Lobster Bisque with Oklahoma Paddlefish Caviar, blini, crème fraiche

General Tso’s Sweetbreads

 

2nd Course Choices:

Ponderosa Farm Pheasant Gnocchi with oil cured olives, preserved lemon, white beech mushrooms, sherry gastrique

Pan Seared Sea Scallops with cauliflower, leek, radish, charred orange beurre fondue ($12 supplement)

 

3rd Course Choices:

Roasted Veal Loin with cacio e pepe grits, mushrooms, marsala veal reduction

Pan Roasted Ora King Salmon with spaghetti squash, rainbow chard, smoky tomato broth

Oklahoma Wagyu Tenderloin with seared foie gras, truffled potato puree ($25 supplement)

 

Dessert Choices:

Dark Chocolate Torchon with blue cheese, roasted champagne grapes, red wine syrup

Persimmon Brioche Pudding with roasted apples, buttermilk semifreddo, calvados caramel
