Dinner with Girouard Vines Wines

August 27, 2018 6:30 PM until August 27, 2018 8:30 PM

The history of Girouard Vines is a uniquely Oklahoman one, beginning over 50 years ago when patriarch George Girouard began hybridization trials in his Oklahoma City back yard, breeding indigenous Native American grapevines with traditional Cabernets and Merlots. His decades-long search for a wine grape that would thrive in Oklahoma's often unpredictable weather eventually led to four successful varieties - the basis for a winery founded by his son, Chris.

Today, George Girouard Hybrids are commercially grown and harvested in California at Heringer Estates Family Vineyards & Winery, and returned to the Girouard winery in Tulsa for their final aging, blending, and bottling.

We're pleased to present a four-course dinner featuring Girouard Vines' Rose, Southern Cross, Valjohn, and American Cuvee.
